During meetings, officers will provide a list of discussion topics. The discussion process involves placing members in smaller Zoom breakout rooms, then having everyone join the main room for a large discussion. These discussion sessions are meant to be casual and a way for people to share ideas and learn, so there’s nothing to prepare beforehand.

Usually the officers lead the club meetings, but members are also welcome to lead a meeting with their own materials. Leading a club meeting is a great way to contribute to the community and can help prepare for a potential leadership position in the future. Just make sure to contact us before hand.
